The Chardonnay is from small-yield vineyard. Chardonnay was night harvested by machine and crashed straight after harvest. Chardonnay is made fruity, fresh style. 20% of Chardonnay was aged in French barrels for 6 months. Tasting note:
2020 Chardonnay shows tropical fruits flavours such as rock-melon and pinapple flavours comes back with hint of lime. The wine shows some creamy and buttery texture after taste. Food Pairing: Seafood, scollop and chedar cheese etc.
